It was shipped very protected and carefully wrapped. There were gloves to protect the clock. It is hanging beautifully and I love the way it looks. The manual was in turkish but because the pictures are very clear it was simple to hang up. The clock is made out of beautiful parts

These clocks are a piece of art, Mclocks are true craftsmen at their profession. If you're on the fence about purchasing one, take my advice and do it. You won't be sorry. We couldn't be happier with our clock and will enjoy it for years to come.

Looks perfect!! Very Impressed with packing and quality of clock! Love it!

Bellissimo e di qualità

This Large Wall Clock Modern by Mclocks is more stunning than we had imagined. The seller provided immediate responses to our emailed questions prior to finalizing the purchase. Unfortunately the clock arrived badly damaged from shipping despite the obvious care taken when it was initially packaged. We notified the seller and he responded immediately. He promptly sent a full replacement which arrived in pristine condition. We had a couple of follow-up questions, including a request for instructions in English, and the seller replied immediately as always. The customer care by this shop owner is stellar and his clock is a creative, quality work of art. It will be a beautiful conversation piece for years to come. We will be buying more pieces from him.

Item is gorgeous!! Really unique statement piece for your home! I will say — if you have drywall, you have to use other items to ensure the top of the item stays up since the clock hangs on it. The 2nd video included in the instructions is Turkish, so ask for the English. Other than that, great item!

Updated review. The clock is very pretty. Was a bit challenging to hang on wall but once that was resolved, its a beautiful piece.

It arrived very fast even though it came from turkey. It looks beautiful in our house and looks exactly how it was described. We did have to watch a video on how to assemble it correctly and hang it. But, thanks to YouTube it was super easy.

This is a lovely clock. It came packaged up strong. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Very nice contact. A great watch

Everything perfect.

Really nice clock, great seller to work with. Quick shipping to the USA!

Great product and great service. First rate vendor

The wall clock went together very easy. If any issue was that we bought it for our condo in Mexico. I had to open the box for TSA in the US and again for Customs in Mexico. They could not tell by x-ray what it was; so I had to open the box up again. Looks fabulous in the condo!!!

Received the clock in well protected packaging. Instructions seem to be very understandable. The only down side was the metal on the clock face has dark stains on it from someone handling it prior to packaging. I do not know how to remove them. I have tried a terry towel with simple rubbing but they are not coming off. Maybe instructions on how to clean and remove these type stains would be of value.

The clock received is unique and of excellent quality. It is a solid material and heavy, so better as a two person job when hanging. The listing shows the smaller clock as 13.77 inches in diameter, but what I received was 11.77 inches in diameter. The seller mentioned it was an error in the listing and it would be corrected but I don't see that is has been updated. So be aware that the smaller size might be smaller than the actual listed size by two inches.

The size and quality of this is awesome! The customer service is outstanding!

We love the clock. We had a few questions when hanging it but I emailed through Etsy and the seller answered right away. It was nice he was available on a weekend to answer messages. Now that it is hung we love it. Love the simplicity of it yet it makes a bold statement. Thank you. Oh also, shipping was pretty quick!
